The Tiger Cubs programme develops balance, coordination, and focus through fun, movement-rich activities.
Children begin to understand respect, listening skills, and teamwork — the foundation of martial discipline.
Through play, they learn presence. tag about your classes style.

Confidence through structure.
Dragons refine technique and self-control while building physical fitness and resilience. Classes blend striking, movement drills, and partner games that teach empathy and awareness of others.
Through structure, they find strength.
Monday and Wednesday: 5:30pm to 6:15pm
+ Saturday: 9:45am to 10:30am

Responsibility through challenge.
Warriors learn realistic self-defence, agility, and leadership.
They are introduced to traditional Shaolin forms, light sparring, and ethical principles of courage, respect, and compassion.
Through challenge, they discover character.
